Baptism
Baptism is available at MISSION for anyone who has placed his or her faith in Jesus as their Savior from sin. Once a person has chosen to become a follower of Jesus Christ, baptism is the next step that publicly symbolizes a person’s new life in Him (Matthew 28:19-20; Romans 6:3-5). For those who desire to be baptized, the following information is provided to prepare you for this very meaningful step of faith.
Preparing for Baptism
Those being baptized are required to attend a one-hour baptism class (scheduled 2-3 weeks prior to the baptism). Children under the age of 10 have a baptism class created specifically for them.
