Special Needs Ministry for Children

MISSION welcomes children (preschool-4th grade) who are developmentally or physically challenged. Qualified team members assist the children weekly with classroom activities in a self-contained classroom. Created Kids team members meet directly with parents to review the family profile (intake form) to learn the specific needs of your child prior to attending. This allows the opportunity to ensure a more sucessful experience for everyone!

Steps Prior to Attending

1) Fill Out a Family Profile Form

Prior to your child attending Created Kids, we ask that each family fill out a family profile to answer specific questions about your child's needs. The completed form can be brought with you the following weekend or you can speed up the process by emailing it to .

2) Brief Interview

Once we receive your family profile information, a team member will call within 24-48 hours to schedule a brief interview between you and our Created Kids Coordinator to learn more about the specific needs of your child and answer any questions you might have.
