Video Producer/Editor

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position will work closely with the worship and creative teams to produce high quality videos for worship services and the website. While we seek excellence with video, our driving force is to tell the stories and share the vision of MISSION.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee pre and post production of video projects for use in services, events and the website
- Work closely with the worship and creative teams to produce videos that tell stories and reflect the vision of Mission
- Capture events as needed for future video projects
- Setup and shoot interviews for use in services and on the web
- Oversee video podcast production
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree or related work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in video producing/editing
- Must be devoted to Jesus Christ and actively working to grow in their walk with God.
- Strong skills in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere required.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS products including Photoshop, After Effects, Flash, etc.
- Must be passionate about finding and capturing stories.
- Knowledge in camera, audio, and lighting techniques as it relates to video.
- An eye for scenery and backgrounds for interviews/video shoots.
- Must be able to manage projects while working quickly and meet deadlines
- Must be able to collaborate with other creative team members
- Must be able to run with an idea and create high quality videos with short deadlines.
