Vision Africa
Showing mercy to those affected by HIV/AIDS, disease, poverty, and injustice in Africa.
The affects of injustice are seen all over the world, but perhaps the most widespread demonstration can be seen in sub-Saharan Africa. In the small African nation of Malawi, over 12 million orphans and widows struggle to live in adverse poverty, rampant disease, and the aftermath of HIV/AIDS. God is using the people of SSCC to partner with Malawians and foreigners alike to help as many of these people as we can. In 2007, the people of Chikudzulire, a village on the outskirts of Liliongwe, Malawi, joined with SSCC to care for the orphans and widows in their midst and improve living conditions for all. Today, SSCC is proud to call Chikudzulire home as we work with Somebody Cares, Children of the Nations and other organizations to continue showing mercy and justice through financial support, training, and regular medical and support trips.
