Moving from spectator to participant
The CORE series is the second step (the first step is Backstage) in moving from spectator to participant at MISSION. Completing CORE is also a membership requirement. CORE is offered each month and during this four-week, interactive series, you will dig deeper into MISSION’s focus, beliefs, habits and discover how you can connect, serve & do justice. Here are some of the things we’ll cover:
During our first week together we'll get to know each other a bit and talk about our history and vision.
The second week we will review our core beliefs and discuss the impact they have on our faith and lives.
In week three we get into our 5 key elements of living as a Christian. We will also provide tools and practical life application.
Our final week together gives you the opportunity to discover your spiritual gifts and find out how you can connect with what God is doing all around you and in the MISSION community.
Don’t let previously scheduled commitments keep you from signing up. Attend the classes you can and we help you catch up on what you missed. Completing at least three of the four classes also fulfills MISSION's membership requirement.
Please Note: When signing up for CORE you will be asked to login or create a My MISSION68 account if you haven't already. This is a simple and easy step that helps us better communicate and connect you to ministries @ MISSION.
